RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund* to the original payment method, if the product arrived damaged or the product was incorrect.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Candles are custom made, therefore returns and refunds are not possible, unless product arrived damaged or incorrect. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods, a replacement candle will be provided.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Send an email to eve@redolencegems to request which products you would like to return/refund

Send all items back to the address provided
